Interesting; which hotel in the area did you switch to?

I would not recommend this hotel Day 1:plumbing broken under bathroom sink, broken faucet handle, "whirlpool" like bathtub was not working. The manager did not try to move me to another room because "there are no rooms available". I checked...not true, just so they make money off another room if possible and not go through the trouble. Old carpet dirty with stains. The cleaning lady vacuums once a week and not very well and the rest of the week you have a dusty dirty carpet. They always forget to empty one of the trash cans. You find long hairs on the bathroom floor often, probably from the cleaning lady. Business center is unusable if you only speak English or a European language. No way to print in English or any language but Korean, Chinese or Japanese. If they damage your clothes while washing them, they do not refund you any damages and say you should find another hotel you like better. A/C was dripping water and furniture had water damage. The beds are so hard you get back pain.
